Low Volume Fill Technical Case Study

Low volume aseptic filling of parenterals is becoming increasingly important with the development of more and more intravitreal drugs and high concentrated formulations. Attaining very precise fill volume is a specialism as the complexities associated with this type of process fill under the aseptic manufacturing conditions is particularly challenging. In this technical case study we review how Symbiosis met this challenge for a client ensuring both process robustness and fill weight accuracy within 2%.
